Hoosier Hollow Creations Return Policy

At Hoosier Hollow Creations, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade items. Due to the nature of our work, we have a strict return policy designed to protect the integrity of our shop and prevent misuse.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 3 calendar days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.

  • Be returned with all original packaging, tags, and any included extras.

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or customization.

  • Be shipped back within 5 days of receiving return approval (tracking must be provided).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders (including monograms, special sizes, or made-to-order items)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged by misuse, neglect, or mishandling

Return Process

  1. Contact us at hoosierhollowcreations@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return authorization.

  3. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must provide tracking information.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after item inspection.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once the item is received.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


Note: Hoosier Hollow Creations reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the above conditions. Abuse of the return policy may result in refusal of future orders.
