Welcome to Hoosier Hollow Creations. By accessing or purchasing from our shop (whether online, in person, or through a third-party platform), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General Conditions
By using this site or making a purchase, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, especially in cases of fraud, abuse, or disrespectful communication.
2. Product Information
All items are handmade with care, and as such, may have slight variations in size, color, or finish. These variations are not considered defects.
We make every effort to display items as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
3. Custom Orders
Custom or personalized items require approval before production. Once a custom order has been finalized and confirmed by the customer, no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be issued unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in [USD] and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, payment issues, or stock availability. Full refunds will be issued in such cases.
5. Order Fulfillment & Shipping
Estimated processing times are provided on each listing. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays due to postal services or external factors are outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for items lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our Return Policy is outlined separately and forms part of these Terms. Returns must follow our 3-day policy and meet all stated requirements.
Custom, personalized, and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, product photos, and branding under Hoosier Hollow Creations are the intellectual property of the shop owner and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Hoosier Hollow Creations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected for order processing or communication is handled securely and never shared or sold.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our shop constitutes acceptance of any changes.
