At Hoosier Hollow Creations, we are committed to getting your handmade items to you quickly and safely. Please review the following Shipping Policy before placing your order.
1. Processing Time

All items are made and packaged with care. Processing times vary by product and are noted on each listing.

Custom or personalized items may require additional time. You will be notified of estimated processing and ship dates.
2. Shipping Methods

We ship via [USPS / UPS / FedEx – choose applicable carrier(s)] with tracking on all orders.

Shipping upgrades are available at checkout if you need your item sooner.
3. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at the time of purchase.

We do not edit or modify addresses once an order is placed.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.
Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as shipped and tracking is provided, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Hoosier Hollow Creations is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft once the item has been handed over to the carrier.

If your package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If still unresolved, you may file a claim directly with the carrier.
5. International Shipping
If we offer international shipping:

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other international delivery charges.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
6. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
